House Manager
Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as House Manager at Cherry Hill Haven Assisted Living in Kalkaska, MI. Cherry Hill Haven offers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.
As House Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with the Administrator to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall facility operations. You will lead by example with regard to customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will also participate in budgeting and the hiring and training of staff.
A qualified candidate will possess:
- A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care, or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
